Water and gel beads — Children’s water and gel beadsSpotted from the listing text
This sealed Ashland Water Jewels package contains dry water beads that expand to four liters for vase décor. Its generic small-parts warning does not meet the required safety warning for general-purpose water beads.
Clue in the text: "dry water beads" that "makes 4 liters when fully hydrated" and only the generic warning: "choking hazard, small parts, keep out of reach of children. Not intended as a toy."
